Made to Order

All MOO-YOUNG products are either handmade or vintage, and most are one-of-a-kind. Unless specified on the product page, items are made to order.  

MOO-YOUNG is a one woman show. Items may take 3-7 days to be made.  Items taking longer will be specified within the item description.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped using the USPS.  Only complete orders will be shipped.  If an ordered includes items made to order, then all items will ship when all items are made and ready. Items, unless discussed, will be made 1-2 days after order is received and shipped on the 3rd or 4th day.  Any exceptions will be announce online.

Items are shipped utilizing USPS tracking methods. Customer will receive tracking information at time of shipping.  For shipping policy on exchanges or returns, please see Exchanges & Returns section below.

Currently, MOO-YOUNG is shipping domestically, to the US territories and to Canada.  However, shipping to Canada has it's challenges for this small business and I am currently working on finding solutions to the cost associated with shipping to Canada.  

For International orders, please arrange shipping before making your purchase. Whether in Canada or other international countries, I will work with you to find the best solution. I am happy to price different options based on your needs. 

Exchanges & Returns

All MOO-YOUNG products are either handmade or vintage, and most are one-of-a-kind.  MOO-YOUNG is a one woman show.   At this time, I am unable to issue refunds. 

Please feel free to ask any questions before making your decision. I'm happy to send additional images and answer any questions.  

Exchanges can be made within 48 hours of receipt. Because of the nature of the items, I kindly ask that the exchange process begin within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Items can only be exchanged if in the original condition received, including no strong odors such as smoke or perfume. Cost of shipping will be incurred by customer. I suggest items be shipped with tracking. 

Once the exchanged item is received, inspected and accepted, I will ship the new item next business day unless additional charges are required.

Please note that all of our items are photographed and we try our best to show accurate color and any characteristics. Colors may vary due to computer screen settings.  Please make any inquiries before purchase.

ALL SALE items are not eligible for exchange and are considered FINAL sale.
